Roof Deck Waterproofing Project Update – Manila

We completed a roof deck waterproofing project for an exposed roof deck of an existing commercial building in Manila that is +/- < 500 sqm

The roof deck had existing cracks and surface deterioration, which required surface removal, crack treatment, and slope correction prior to waterproofing.

After proper surface preparation, a multi-layer polyurethane (PU) waterproofing system was applied under suitable weather conditions and curing intervals.

The project was executed in phases due to intermittent weather, ensuring correct application and system performance.

This roof deck is covered by a written warranty, subject to terms and conditions.
